You can see an estimated delivery date for your address on each product page, right under the Add to cart button, or at checkout once you enter your shipping address. Each piece is made to order in our studio in Henniker, New Hampshire, and we ship every business day, so ordering early in December gives you the most breathing room.
We make your order and hand it to the post office within 1–3 business days. Most U.S. orders travel by USPS Ground Advantage, which typically takes 3–5 business days.
Yes. Just enter their name and address as the shipping address at checkout.
Many of our metal signs can be personalized with a name or short message; the options are on each product page. Please double-check the spelling, because personalized items can't be returned.
Non-personalized items can be returned unused, in their original packaging, for a full refund. See our return policy for the details.
Yes, U.S. shipping is free on orders over $50.
